Headquartered in Greenlawn, New York, Telebyte, Inc. is a
leading manufacturer of data communications equipment for
copper and fiber networks. In addition, our high-tech
enterprise offers local loop simulators and noise generators
for testing broadband equipment. Telebyte supports a wide
range of communication solutions and services including media
converters, interface converters, short haul modems, and fiber
optic products. Since 1983, our company has been dedicated to
leading our industry in product quality and customer service,
deploying thousands of Telebyte products around the world to
industry leaders such as Alcatel, Lucent, Cisco, IBM, NEC,
Motorola, GE Medical Systems, and Intel.
Telebyte, Inc. was formed in August 1983 as Telebyte
Technology, Inc., a New York Corporation. In 1999 the company
changed its name to Telebyte, Inc. and reincorporated in
Delaware. Since 1984 Telebyte has been located at 270 Pulaski
Road, Greenlawn, New York USA, in a 20,000 square-foot
building located on 3.2 acres of property.

The company's main focus is the design, development,
manufacturing, marketing and sales of technology products. It
has two product lines: Data Communications and Broadband Test
Equipment. These are used with both twisted-pair copper cable
and fiber optic cable transmission media. They include fiber
optic LAN extenders, fiber optic converters and modems,
interface converters, short haul modems, isolation and surge
protection devices, and others. The Broadband Test Equipment
product line is focused on test equipment products (e.g.,
local loop simulators and noise generators) used in the
development of signaling devices for technologies achieving
broadband access to the Internet as well as the family of
Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) signaling techniques.
